This green-colored banana smoothie combines bananas with green-vegetable-goodness, sweet frozen grapes, and protein from the best source out there: egg whites. The egg white addition is tasteless! If you want to use the whole hard-boiled egg you can, I just find the yolk adds too strong a flavor for my taste. If you want to add some healthy fat you could toss in avocado, flaxseed, or hemp seeds.

Makes (1) 20 ounce smoothie. If you do not like raw banana, swap in ½ cup frozen peaches or frozen pineapple for the banana.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ a banana
- (1) 2-inch piece cucumber, diced
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen green grapes
- 2 hard boiled eggs, whites only
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed above.
- Blend until smooth (if using a Vitamix use "smoothie" setting).
- Enjoy!
