I love the taste of grilled asparagus, but in the dead of winter, if you don’t have a grill, or you just want a quicker dish, that doesn’t always work so well. This is my go-to recipe for asparagus. I just love how quickly I can throw it together. It gets the asparagus those crisp brown bits on the tips and just works every time.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ⅛ teaspoon each, salt and pepper
Instructions
- Plack a rack on the top level of your oven and turn on to broil.
- Toss all ingredients together on a baking sheet to combine, then spread evenly across sheet.
- Bake with the oven door closed for 10 minutes.
